We never charge anyone who wants to come in to meet our
attorneys and staff. For consultations where we collect
information, determine the client's objectives and give advice, we
charge our hourly rates. We require a retainer when we are
engaged to represent a client and our hourly fees are billed against
it. We cannot predict in advance what a particular case will cost
since that is dependent on the complexity of the issues
and
the conduct of the parties.
